When some women find out their partners have been unfaithful, they’ve thrown their clothes in the yard or trashed their S.O.’s cars, but one woman is using a fashion statement to deal with her cheating husband. The scorned wife makes him get dressed up in an attention-getting outfit to tell the world what he’s done.
In a Facebook post, she explains her tactic and asks, “Have you ever wanted to get even with your husband?” She explains that her man was caught cheating and instead of divorce, they made a deal. “He must go out once a week wearing the most ridiculous outfits I can imagine,” she writes alongside a photo of the get up. He’s dressed in a little girl’s aqua overall shorts outfit with pink lace trim and a matching pink shirt and hat. And he has a pink sign on his bike that reads, “This is my desperate cheating husband’s public punishment.”
Does the punishment fit the crime? Some social media users may think so, but others question why the woman didn’t just leave him instead. “It’s so much more embarrassing for her that she stayed with him and publicly told the world she stayed with him,” one person writes. Other users point out that the outfit may be humiliating, but it doesn’t really address his infidelity.
